Crypto Exchange Bybit Teams Up With Red Bull For Athlete Dev’t Program

Crypto exchange Bybit has joined forces with Red Bull to launch an athlete development program. The initiative will provide support and resources to aspiring young athletes in various fields, including esports, surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding. Bybit will offer financial aid, mentorship, and training to selected athletes, while Red Bull will provide access to its global network of experts and support services. With this partnership, Bybit and Red Bull aim to promote sportsmanship, excellence, and innovation among the next generation of sports stars. The program is open to athletes aged 16 to 30 from around the world.

Bybit, Singapore’s cryptocurrency exchange, has collaborated with Formula One team Oracle Red Bull Racing to launch the Bybit Performance Accelerator program. The project aims to enhance the performance of elite e-sports athletes competing in international contests. The wellness course is led by experts with diverse skills and focuses on boosting physical and mental wellness, which has helped the Oracle Red Bull Racing Esports team’s players achieve significant success. The team’s Esports athletes won several championships at the 2022 F1 Esports Series and finished second in the Teams’ Championship. In February 2022, Red Bull Racing entered a three-year partnership with Bybit worth $50 million annually, payable in fiat money and BitDAO tokens. The collaboration would help grow the team’s cryptocurrency collections and enhance its digital incubation initiatives. Additionally, the exchange has halted its acceptance of bank transfers as USD payments. Wire transfer withdrawals of USD deposits would also cease on March 10, 2023.
